Either everyone has to be SA to be able to register, or anyone can register as long as they’re admin. That’s my stance.
On what grounds did NK make said exemption, because he was the one who said only SAs could be CA.

Right now, I still support the idea that Admins can be CA, but only Super Admins can register, as a means of reconciling the viewpoints. So if a SA registers, they can make you CA for all the events.
