Would be great if someone could post the results for teams as well. It must be a lot of work to ut together these lists...

It takes a while! I suppose I should mention I recently decided to take a step back from doing this and other archiving work, so if anyone reading thinks stuff like this and the wikibook page would be fun to put together there's a lot more that could be done.
