The idea of this thread is to keep a list of all the record-breaking games of four-player chess! There are a few categories to start with, and I hope that your submissions will not only populate those categories, but also bring to light some more unusual records broken in-game. how about fewest move shifting from four-player stage to one player?

You mean, fewest moves from 4-player to 2-player? That might be a cool one. Do you have any examples? It'd have to be without resignations.

Aborted games for shortest games?

Don't count. There needs to be either 3 mates, or 2 mates with a claimed win.

@grable: most qualifications is pretty easy, I qualified for all of them

This was a long time ago though, before the archives came into being

But also used gamerules which no longer apply. I think it's best to keep this limited to current gamerules.
