New #2 for shortest by moves - 2 mates and a claim. Although it could be argued that this has more to do with which players were mated first. By the time the games in 3rd place were done, blue was eliminated early, so even though it's still 36 plies, it's 9.5 moves, instead of 9.25. Oh well, even if it's on a technicality, a win is a win I guess.
