I played a game but the 50 move rule wasn't working. I may have made a mistake but the game should've drawed. Here is the PGN

Also pawn moves are considered to reset the counter from the official rules I believe... so starting from 69 (I believe) where there were no more pawn moves, you would have needed to make 50 moves (aka move 119 or something).
As many has mentioned, there was a pawn move in move 68. g8=Q+, then a capture in 107. Qxd8 (39 moves).
FIDE rules, 9.3:
9.3 The game is drawn, upon a correct claim by a player having the move, if:
a) he writes his move, which cannot be changed, on his scoresheet and declares to the arbiter his intention to make this move which will result in the last 50 moves by each player having been made without the movement of any pawn and without any capture,
b) or the last 50 moves by each player have been completed without the movement of any pawn and without any capture.
