Well actually, you did because you were presenting a discussion between a windbag and a fake intellectual for our consumption. If we aren't expected to criticise it, is there anything else we should be doing with it?

Raise and discuss points of interest or otherwise your own criticisms, implied or otherwise, are completely dishonest. You have to be able to stand up and be counted. So far you're hiding behind false images.

I'm trying to get you to think, btw. Take a look at my response to you in another club. That may be more to your taste but in this club, you're being dishonest. Those two people are so ridiculous that no other words than direct criticism fit them.

You need to take any one of Lennox's arguments and try to support it, before you gain any credibility. I mean, support it in logical terms rather than just a glorified kind of preaching. (Which is what it is.)

If actually you left your comments to just the topic not your degrading appraisal of the speakers and me, we could cover the points made! I would be delighted to discuss them, but your 10 minute appraisal of the speakers, are not worth any attention.

That's exactly my point. Don't you even have the brains to understand that I deliberately mentioned that I only watched the video for 10 minutes to see if you were going to react specifically against that, which you did, which proves that my previous judgement of you was correct and that you are indeed incapable of discussing anything without making it into a personal attack? You obviously haven't the faintest clue about how to debate online. All you want to do is dominate others and apply your rules to what others can say. Do you actually imagine that makes a worthwhile conversation? Why do you think this club is completely dead? 20 members with 8 admins? Why am I not an admin then?

You don't understand that I was criticising the speakers because they are both inept. I reproduced someone else's criticism and commented on that. You quite simply have no honesty and you're a weak person who will use any excuse to close down comments you disapprove of. You do not have the intellectual equipment required to make any judgement on anything!

I guess if you cannot insult, you have nothing to say.

Actually, that applies to you and definitely not to me, because you came into these conversations determined to try to get the better of me by any means possible. I think you really like it if people insult you because you think it vindicates you and you can deflect the conversation into something that suits you better. And that's how trolls operate. They deliberately attract insults.

But please see a comment I just made in another thread. I think we better start again because we started off on the wrong foot. However, if you expect respect, you have to give it to earn it. Just don't try to tell me that Lennox and the other guy deserve respect. It's a bogus act. They're preaching and not saying anything that is worth discussing, because it's so obviously preaching.
