JustADude nailed it !! I couldn't have stated the problem better.
I don't have the exact statistics, but I will speak from my impressions.
Seems that about 80 to 90 percent of all the problems that i read about in this Admins Club are caused from making the wrong people an Admin or SA.
When are people going to learn?
Young kids with absolutely no understanding of organizational dynamics make clubs and promote their equally ignorant "friends" to "help" them run the club. Is it any surprize that there clubs fail quickly?
To serve as part of an admin team is not an honor to be given. It is a committment you accept to serve members and to do valuble work to improve the club to the best of your ability.
very true, a lot of people these days don't know the real meaning of be an SA or Admin of a club, they just feel its a name or rank given to them, they don't know its a previledge of service.
