A game connection problem

1) Earlier today I was getting ready to play a game and it said something about can't connect yet I managed to get a game. Please fix this

2) I was playing one time and it said I disconnected when I was on the screen of the chess game. How can you be disconnected if you're on the game? Please fix this.

It happened to me twice, today. I lost points    

Can you perhaps give me the name of your opponent for the game that happened in? I can check to see what the logs show happened during those games.
