I can help you. but first, you wil have to stop playing bullets and get rid of the notion that atomic or bullet ratings, on top of that in lichess relflect how good u are in chess. Fact is, they don't prove anything. If you wanna improve in chess, you gotta play more rapid games.
A Helping Hand?

that's not always the case tbh i played blitz till i hit the 1500+ range and now i'm still move up in ratings for rapid
Only play rapid if you want to improve the fastest, spend 70% of your time studying and 30% of your time playing. Play 2-3 rapid games a day and analyze all of the ones you've lost. Develop an opening repertoire based of the style you play, and don't discourage yourself just because of a few losses.

quite the opposite imo. at this level a lot of the improvement comes from gathering experience by playing a lot. only a small fraction of your time should be used on studying. you can look at ChessGoals plans for reference.
Arguably playing too much will make you burnt out and therefore perform worse, I agree that newer players should play more but that only applies to people under 12-1300, above that you'd have to start studying to improve.

absolutely not applicable for everyone though, my only improvement method was learning the sicilian very briefly and playing games then analysing them
Yeah it does really depend on the person, things might be different for you, me, and him. But a certain about of studying is required to improve pass that range, and no, I'm not just talking about openings, I'm talking about other things like puzzles, basic endgame checkmates, a pawn+king vs king endgames, chess videos, and etc.

I would be extremely grateful if someone would help me improve to a minimum rating of 1100- 1200. My current rating in Rapid is 900. In lichess.org Bullet, I just reached my peak of 1600! I do not know how I have a 700 rating difference—also, my Atomic rating on chess.com is 1950
How are you a 4000 in puzzles?

Not accusing you of anything, but that puzzle rating is really interesting. I wanted to teach you and learn from you. But after I saw that, well I changed my mind.

Hello,
My name is Jonathon from Australia.
I play about 60-100 daily games every single day and have been improving from 900 and I am now at 1300 rating over the last 12 months. However, I am happy to train blitz, bullet or rapid with someone when I am available if that's what you prefer.
For reference, most of my games are rated anywhere between the 1400-1800 range and about 80% + accuracy.
I am on AEST 4pm on wards every single day so if these time frames are helpful for you let me know and we can play some games or talk about tactics. Cheers.

There's a bug in puzzles where you can use a hint for the solution and refresh the page to redo the puzzle
