A Major V3 Bug???

@ijgeoffrey Thank you very much for your bug report. I'm looking into your issue. What kind of game were you playing? Livechess or Daily Chess?

And thank you for looking into this. I wouldn't want it to happen to anyone else. Or myself again, for that matter. :P

I don't have any problems posting, but I'll see into chat. I use the TT here regularly and really, posting on TT doesn't have any effect on me.

Was there anything to my suspicion? I'd like to start using V3 again but I'm afraid of receiving the mute again.

Ah so seems like that this has happened to someone else also. I got muted in game chat today for no reasons but I was able to chat to support in the Support Chatroom and the mods told me that I was not muted. And then the issue resolved itself automatically and I can chat again. But I still have no clue what caused it. Hopefully it won't happen again.

I am using V2 and yesterday I got muted for no reason. I suspect one of the Staff members are doing it when they see something they don't like!
It should be easy to trace this staff member down and remove his access as an administrator.
I could even set him/her up and then send the data... but it is your responsibility.
Hey guys, over the last two days, I believe I have come across a MAJOR V3 bug, but I can't use the bug reporter for it. In fact, I have decided not to use V3 at all anymore until I am assured that this won't happen again. I could be wrong, and it might not be related to V3 at all, but it seems to me to be the only thing that makes any sense.
Twice in the last 48 hours, my account has been muted. It is automatically happening, and staff keeps lifting the mute, because the system shows no reason for my being muted.
Both times it happened, I was just using the site (V3) like I do every night. I clicked into one of the games, clicked on the chat tab, and it said "Chat disabled." (I actually submitted a bug report the first time that happened.) I suspect that this may be the point at which the mute happened, only because it happened both times I was muted.
Shortly thereafter, I discovered that I was muted when I tried to post a group note, and nothing showed up. On further inspection across the site, I determined that I was muted, and emailed staff. Now everything is fixed again.
I would have just let it go if it had just happened once, but then it happened again within a few hours. I have absolutely no idea what I might have done to trigger it. But so far it hasn't happened when I use V2.
Can a programmer please help me out? Maybe we can get this bug located and repaired? I am happy to try my best to answer any more questions, but I don't know the exact moment of either mute, so I can't say exactly what I was doing.
