btw why can't I create forums in Chess.com India club?

Since Leagues have been released site wide over a month ago, this is irrelevant to chess.com Beta and belongs in the Help And Support club or the general forums. 

Secondly, you could definitely improve the title in all caps, YELLING.

Saying that, Leagues are official.
