Hi guys, I recently cane across an AI that takes your notes, makes a study guide, and best of all, a podcast option where you can generate a 2 host conversation (Deep Dive). And recently they added a feature, using which you can interact with the Virtual AI podcast hosts. The name of this AI tool is NotebookLM. I used this to understand my notes better.

Here is how to can use it too.

First, go to Google and search up notebooklm.

You will find such interface as the image above 👆.

Click on the blue text and follow along.

Now, click on 'Try NotebookLM'.

You will find the following type UI.

As you can see, I already have five current notes made. But for you it will be blank.

Click on " + Create new ".

You get this type of window.

Here you can upload your sources. Sources are your notes. It can make notes, and stuff on—

  • Google Docs,
  • Google Slides,
  • Website,
  • Youtube videos, and
  • Copied texts.

Remember you can add sources to you Notebook at maximum of 50.

For the Copied text option, you can paste all the texts in you school book, or college books, you the notes taken in your Notebook(talking about you school or home notebook), etc and paste its text in the text box.

For the youtube video thing, you just need to paste the the URL(link) 🔗 to the YT video you want to make notes of and boom! Done!

Since I have not yet given any source, it shows this empty UI.

Once you do mention dome source(s) on the Audio Overview panel to the right, you will find a generate Deep Dive conversation which is your podcast. once you click on generate, you will however wait a few minutes before the podcast is fully created. Once it done, you can put in you earphones/ipods or headphones 🎧 and listen to the podcast generated for you.

As an example figure.

Make sure you click the "Save to note" button 🔳  to save your notes.

I do use ChatGPT as well, and I'm also thinking of Grammerly.
