So I am planning to organise a knockout tournament in our club in which all members can participate irrespective of their nationality. I made the tournament bracket too but then @GMAkifTe suggested a different bracket. My idea is that non-South Asian members will represent one of the South Asian countries as per their choice (and rating). Whereas @GMAkifTe suggests to make a separate team for non-South Asian members. It will be a Daily Tournament (unrated, 3 days per move). Kindly vote for one of the following brackets & the most voted bracket will (most likely) be finalised: Bracket #1 (@GMAkifTe's idea) I find it unfair because either Other countries or Team Maldives will have to play an extra match in order to win the tournament. However, I will make the final decision after this poll. Bracket #2 (@GoIbat's idea) Also, we hit 2300 members tonight. Congratulations everyone! Thank you so much, all of you made it possible. No purposefully voting for bad moves in vote chess. Do not Resign in a vote chess game unless other players agree to resign. Do not throw (. purposefully lose) a team match. Before joining a daily team match, please ensure that the time control of the match will allow you to make the moves in time. You need not join the match if your schedule does not permit you to join it. We appreciate your participation in Vote Chess. However, we should not fight in the chat of Vote Chess games. If someone disagrees with the move you want to play or a strategy you have in mind, listen to them and if you still disagree with them, tell them politely. But fighting and insulting is not allowed. Also, in Vote Chess, make sure that the move which you are going to vote is not a move which will cause the club to lose the game. See what others have to say before you vote. We do not need members voting useless moves and potentially causing us to lose Vote Chess games. Advertisement Rules You are allowed to promote your club, blog, forum, etc. in the Notes. However, doing it in the Advertising Forum can be more beneficial. Do not post a new forum/announcement for advertising purposes. Posting other clubs' tournament/match links is classified as advertisement. Roles Asking for promotion will not get you promoted. Your trustworthiness, activity, participation in events and number of successful invites will get you promoted. Inactive Super Admins, Admins and Coordinators will be demoted. Super Admins and Admins must not misuse their powers. Do not demote or ban anyone without the owner's permission. You should, however, mute or kick people whenever necessary. Do not delete others' notes without any good reason. Do not misuse your powers for avenging personal issues with a person. Do not cancel any events. Do not decline the challenges of other clubs. Do not unban anyone without the owner's consent. Spamming Rules Do not spam in important forums and in announcement comments. Do not post clickbait forums. Irrelevant links are classified as spam. Penalties Members who are unable to follow the above mentioned rules will get demoted/muted/kicked/banned. Why are notes exempted? Notes are not considered under the purview of our rules because nobody monitors the notes of some of the largest clubs. We cannot waste our valuable time in searching spams and bad words. Another drawback of notes is that the Club Audit Log does not record the deletion of notes. Hence, it is not feasible to keep track of all the notes. Important things will not be posted exclusively in the notes, so you can ignore the notes if you want. Everyone is equal in the eyes of law. hi guys it's me katmiyu i am back after 1 year of going offline! rly sry i was busy. anyways i am back with mafia instead of my infamous flicker. we need 15 participants. the first 15 to say 'me' will be in the game. updated and final game list will be shown in 2 days, that is, 26 April 2026-- 6:50 PM IST. So here are the roles: 1. Mafia (x3): Every night, the three mafias will be added into a secret group. they will discuss on who to target. that targeted person, whatever the role, will be eliminated the next day if not protected by the doctor.(evil team) 2. Cop (x1): Every night, the cop may select a person via their username and dm their suspicion to me. i will let them know if they are in the mafia team or not. to note, i will say that spies and witches (etc) are on the citizen team, even though they actually are in evil team. (good team) 3. Doctor(x1): every night, choose a player to protect from the mafia attack. you may also choose yourself. (good team) 4. Beast Man/Witch(x1):BEAST MAN- if you find out who the mafia is within the first 2 nights, you join the mafia chat. you will also be like an extra mafia. WITCH- every night, choose a player to turn into a frog. that person's ability will not be available for 1 night. (evil team) 5.Psychic/Ghoul(x1): PSYCHIC- every 2 nights, you get to interact with the dead in the 'ghost chat'. Ghosts will also be added to mafia chat (if the mafias interact) but ghosts cannot chat in the main chatting area. GHOUL- the ghoul gets the role of the first person who gets eliminated. (good team) 6. Spy(x1): every night, choose a player to get to know their exact role. if you find out 1 mafia, you will be added to the mafia chat and can send your info to the mafias. (evil team) 7. Soldier(x1): survive 1 mafia attack (good team) 8. Prophet/Politician(x1): PROPHET- if you survive 4 nights, you win for the entire good team. if you die first, though, the ghoul will not assess your role. POLITICIAN- get double votes you cannot be voted out. only killed. (good team) 9. Guardians(x2)- you have a special chat for both of you. if one of the mafias kills guardian-1, guardian-2 dies instead to protect guardian -1. after this, both their roles will be revealed.(good team) 10. Cult Leader(x1)- every night, choose a player to turn into a cult team. you and the cult team wins if most of the people are culted. you will also know the role of the people you culted. you cannot cult mafias. (cult team) 11. Fanatic(x1)- if you find the cult leader before he/she dies, after the cult leader dies, if you are alive, you can start culting people. you are like the cop, only you have to find the cult leader. every night, choose a player to see if they r in the cult team or not. (cult team) 12. Jester(x1)- get voted out to win for the mafia team. (evil team) for most of the roles, i have mentioned 'choose a player...' by that i mean say the player's name. for example if i want to protect a person and im doctor, i will reply to the dm-> @katmiyu oh yeah i will also be dm-ing u ur roles and asking you what you would wanna do with ur role every night. i dont decide ur roles so if u hate it blame the wheel. i will also send u invite for your respective club, which is for playing purposes ONLY. any queries, then feel free to ask. enjoy!

Why isn't anybody playing vote chess in SAARC vs 241

Hey everyone, Per my previous forum, I am seeking to create a chess imperialism tournament within the SAARC. If you are interested in participating, please reply in this discussion. Ideally, we have between 20-30 individuals. Good day to all members of the SAARC, I am considering hosting an in-club chess imperialism tournament. For those who don't know what this is, basically ~30 or so candidates sign up and are "placed" on a country's map (normally representing individual states). Then, I randomly choose a player (or a state) and spin an arrow, and depending on where the arrow points, the selected individual will have to play the closest person in that direction in an actual chess game. The winner will capture the loser's territory, with the goal being to conquer the entire map.  I first ask for admin approval to host this event; let me know what you think of this idea. If permitted, I will create a separate sign-up forum. Roop
