Admin Structure

magandang gabi, umaga, tanghali, hapon ... mga Kapatid

ang kasalukuyang mga Admin ay initial set-up ... to create the Federation HQ ... that i proposed in the Team Philippines HQ, prior to this HQ creation.

tulad ng sinabi ni Kuya Ray sa mga notes ... kung ano ang kagustuhan ng nakakarami dito sa Federation HQ, ito ang masusunod.

hinggil doon sa ibang HQ na sinabi ... i believe our Brother was referring to the Team Philippines HQ ... kung saan pinag-uusapan namin ang initial creation ng Federation HQ ... ngayong created na ang Federation HQ, lahat ng mga isyu ukol sa iba't-ibang koponang Pinoy ay dito na sa Federation HQ pag-usapan.

... para sa pagkakaisa ng mga Pinoy dito sa chess.com ...

... Brod Babes has given his thoughts above ... it is my humble opinion that the initial 3 Super Admins i have proposed ... are among the best Super Admins in our Pinoy teams ... and i believe there are more among us ... MAGAGALING ANG MGA PINOY !

... on my part, it is an honor for me to be a member of the Federation HQ ... (my being an initial Admin is not part of my proposal) ... i  do not need to be a member of the Federation HQ Admin team ... to share/express my thoughts in any of the issues/discussions which we, the Pinoys in chess.com deal with ... or share what i can ... being a member of the Federation HQ is already a recognition that we are super-Administrators (members of the Admin team ... of one of the Filipino teams here in chess.com).

... i would like to propose that  the Admin team ... will be composed of our Brothers and Sisters ... who frequently or have relatively more time logging-in the site ... as an example, those who could log-in daily ... (and this is an area in my present situation ... which would not make me an effective member of the Admin team.)

We can do this suggestion but we have to approved it by all the SA, Admin and the Members. We can not do it by ourselves without the approval of the body. I hope everybody understand this. Thank you.

Kuya Ray, at mga Ate, mga Kuya, mga Kapatid, we could also consider Brod Babes suggestion.

... placing everyone in the Admin ... and later tone-down the Admin structure, if the Federation so desires.

... i personally see good points in Brod Babes' post #4 above ... creating unity of the Federation.
