Admins and Coordinators Applications

I have come to the conclusion, that there are too many promotions. Yes, that person may be quite popular, or run a bunch of club's. There may have even been some convincing "DM's" on how that person may improve upon the club. But the fact is that over half the people on the club. holds some sort of rank. I was given Cordinator without even asking. My point we already have enough club Adminastrators alike, I noticed that in the last week, That two new people. were added to the staff. I'm not saying they're not capable, But look at the member's list, 13/24 of the member's hold some sort of rank. What I'm say is, we need to slow down hiring.

Every coordinator, admin and super admin should be trying to make this club active like some of us are.

I am hired people hoping they would do something.
