I have come to the conclusion, that there are too many promotions. Yes, that person may be quite popular, or run a bunch of club's. There may have even been some convincing "DM's" on how that person may improve upon the club. But the fact is that over half the people on the club. holds some sort of rank. I was given Cordinator without even asking. My point we already have enough club Adminastrators alike, I noticed that in the last week, That two new people. were added to the staff. I'm not saying they're not capable, But look at the member's list, 13/24 of the member's hold some sort of rank. What I'm say is, we need to slow down hiring.

HAHA, LET'S GO PEOPLE! Thanks to all of you guys we are saving the better than awesome chess club!

I prepare some materials about improving positional skills. Frankly I just use the method from Mark Dvoretsky's books called positional pictures. Have a look. First of all we have to find an appropriate position from game. Secondly we have to start form the moment when someone plays very creative or use a new idea, which we do not really comprehend. Next we have to write a commentary and write the move order which was played in the game. Then we have to end the exercise. Finally if we gather many examples we could repeat everything before tournament. Too be honest, examples should be short. It is enoughif you find the right position with new or creative idea! I use only 3 methods in my training: I watch as many games of 2700+ as I could. I collect my postional pictures. I play as many blitz, rapid and classic games as I could. The method is slow but it is very powerful if you do it constantly and you want to achieve a goal in a long period of time. I start in 2012 when I have 2150 ELO. In 2017 I achieve FIDE Master title and in 2019 2400+ in rapid and blitz sections and 2370 in classical games. every now and then a SA says we need to be more active or whatever but in all of that only a few people actually step up, my question is does anyone want this club to die, this used to be a big club where people were active all the time at least 4 to 10 forums were being made a day!!!!!! now I think its time this club had an UPDATE
