Can you provide some links? Maybe the sending team canceled the challenges?
Admins cannot accept Live Match challenges

We managed to accept one of the challenges, but the three other challenges seem to have disappeared.

Yeah, it's OK. We eventually got in touch with the admins on the other team, and got them to resend the challenges.
