HE DID, and Disney chose not to use it, because Disney has a collective brain cell count of ONE

Whether it is just through flashbacks or whatever, he will be in it. (I don't think it will be just flashbacks though)
I'm very sure Zeb will be in it also, considering he was in Mando, although he wasn't in the trailer.
Honestly, I was really hoping for a Thrawn appearance at the end of Mando Season III, but disney is lame and all that

I blame the crazy lady that for some reason is allowed directors rights. John Favreau and the other dude Dave Filloni I think? They make good stuff for the most part
