This could happen if there is a connection problem or slow internet or it could be that at that time servers were being updated.

It turns out that some of the app is evidently accessible without a proper password.
I had changed my password on the website but not on the app.
When I tried to do certain things on the app, all it could say is "oops".
It seems to me that it should have prompted me for a correct login password.
When I tried to run an analysis today, I only get an "Oops".
