Also, is there any way you could post 2D diagrams? I just find it much easier to analyse a position with those

White's capture (8.Bxc7) will be reflected in the following diagram, pending Black's 8... move.
I’ve already made my move. could you please update the diagram.
Yes, I saw that you added a move just moments before I posted the first diagram. I updated the post to reflect moves for the second diagram as well.
Here it is again, just for continuity.

Also, another player who is new to my 3D boards too inquired about my posting 2D boards.
I would absolutely love to do it, if it helps you. Unfortunately, @Martin0's 2D board editor on my laptop stopped functioning; very mysteriously out of the blues. It won't open beyond the DOS window . This started about 2 or 3 days ago.
Until @Martin0 posts an update to the program, or I figure out why it's being wonky on my end, please just bare with me with the 3D boards. Once I get it working again somehow, I'll revert to 2D for you.
0-0-0 (however you castle long)
I can castle through the Witch since it is transparent right?
ya

White's Queen-side castle (10.O-O-O) will be reflected in the following diagram, pending Black's 10... move.
@BattleChessGN18 If I may point it out, White's move #8 was Bh2xc7, not Qh2xc7. White's Queen is still on e3. (This info doesn't affect the present board and is only for the case that someone in future, who knows?, wants to replay this game)
Ah, corrected. Thank you, @ComradM.
(I think in a future replay, though, they'll just note the innocent typo and realize that it was supposed to be the Bishop; just as easily as you did.)
