Android: Classic app down. New App issue

Hi

90% of the time in using only PC! But When Im on the Go I use the app to move in some of the matches I play. 

But Now the Classic app is shut down I have to turn over to New App!

But I find the new app extremly annoying. Its not syncronized with the server at all when it comes to messages. 

I can provide some printscreens.

1. CLASSIC APP IS DOWN! 

2. NEW APP:

Look at the alerts on the top corner. 5 Alerts. This is messages that I have received between last time used the app towards today. 

All theese messages are already opened in PC. But it is not syncronized. I dont want messages to pop up like that in the new app at all. 

Sometimes I can have around 90 messages within one week. Imagine how annoying it is to open the new app and find 90 alerts!

IF chess.com can solve this I will use the app. But otherwise I wont use it. 

Classic app was great just to move and nothing else. 

The v3 app and the site haven't synchronized alerts since it came out, as far as I recall. 

Yes. I know. It should cause it annoying to delete all this. Or at least it should be a clear all button

Clear All would be nice. 

Try log out log in of the app will clear alerts if you already cleared all in website?

I wont. Im not using the app until this is fixed or improved. its extremely annoying. 

AS you see here its just 5 alerts! But normally I have over 100!

Who's send you so many alerts? I have no idea you're so popular?

Your funny.. You know when you send out news and messages you might get some responses... all theese that I have opened in PC are uread in the app And I have to delete one and one message at time. Its very disturbing. I just wanna play in the app nothing else. 

Now classic app is down... I have to reduce games to under 10 I guess

I would not mind seeing both a clear all option as well as improved syncing to the server. We'll get it taken care of, @RuneTonseth, don't worry. We want you to have a great experience with the new app.

If both are possible of course. I can only talk for myself... But it sounds great!
