I don't think so, but it would be nice to give a player kings but no royals! It's just how they coded it though.
This is impossible to implement. The best thing you could try is when we move over to variants-test is to add royal pieces to the corners, and make them impossible to get there + add NZ. This shall pretty much avoid it, but there are surely exceptional cases where this even then would be impossible to avoid.

Yes
I suggest you to do a royal king to green and put it somewhere he cannot move it. So, put stones at every cases around of the royal king of green. I always do this, but that waste place.

It has something to do with making custom positions, so it’s fine to post here.
No it's not... 4PC Club usually deals with the entirity of 4PC.
Posting bugs that have to do with custom positions here is more practical and CGAs can respond quicker.
