Try to make sure your vision as good as possible and try to hesitate and think as little as possible
i went from 1600 to 1800 recently just by playing a bit faster (and now I’m once again below 1800, but I’ll get it back up)

and some people might not be ready for bullet yet (with your rating of 400 it is smart to play a lot of rapid, like you are doing, to build skill), but some people are, and so your comment was just useless.

ur wrong because bullet prepare us all for blitz and rapid as when u play rapid u sometimes need to get speedy so u can use some bullet skills and move quick IF u r short on time: ) Also bullet makes us think faster so yeah it is helpful: ) and btw good job @hughienews ur rating is really good, I hope u can improve (ik u will improve) : )

ok @BillBelichick01 was wrong about it being why @hughienews is 'bad' (not what I said btw), but not wrong about that it is more bad than good (as someone who is pretty high rated and who plays way too much bullet). it reinforces bad habits and is just overall not great for chess (but it is fun). blitz is the helpful type of speed chess. just to clarify
