time is the most valuable thing in Bullet chess, GM Aman Hambleton once said in his Bullet Habits series "Brain off, speed on". That line inspired me in bullet chess a lot!

As a 1700 rapid and 1650 bullet, I'd like to say that for bullet, it's a lot more intuition. Play consistent and repeatable openings with few sidelines and do a lot of 3-minute puzzle rush to practice noticing tactics quickly. For rapid, use that extra time to double-check for opponents' tactics and look for your own. Most importantly, between both, have fun and enjoy the game, don't let rating get to your head. Gaining rating is great but it's just a game. And if you do get caught up in worrying about rating, notice when you're on tilt or have lost many games in a row and take a break.

best tip in bullet premove captures

It's not unusual for players to be much better at one category over another. Blitz and bullet are mostly about intuition, so if you haven't built up much chess intuition, you won't be very good at it.
The best way to get good at blitz and bullet is to get good at chess in general. The best blitz players in the world are also some of the best classical players in the world, and this is no accident. If you want to train your speed chess skills in particular, then puzzle rush and puzzle battle might be helpful to at least improve your tactical vision.

Yeah you want good intuition and that's why Magnus who is the best chess player to ever live is one of the best at blitz and bullet because his intuition is so good to make him become the best player. You want to have intuition like weakening your opponents control on square by checking them, so they block with a pawn push , so the pawn loses control on its square that it once had.

platinum is fine too

There are 3 differences between platinum and diamond. 1 is that with diamond, you can view your insights. This will show stats on your openings, your accuracy, win rate, and missed tactics between all your games of that time control (rapid, bullet, blitz, etc.) in one tab. The 2nd is that with diamond, the coach in game review will comment every move every time you review, not just for 1 game a day. Lastly, diamond is simply just more expensive. Personally, platinum is the best, you get unlimited game review and tactics unlike gold which won't have the game reviews and doesn't have the unnecessary coach comments like diamond, but if you really want the insights, for sure go with diamond if you have the money.

You need to get better at longer games

when you play bullet/blitz you want to know your openings, tactics and endgames well

if you see a sacrifice spend maybe 3secs on it. It's not worth ten seconds

also pre-move online

Well ever since like a week before my best ever Untitled Tuesday I was struggling a lot with Blitz too. Bullet can improve with Blitz but that would require regular Blitz practice. And I say so because Blitz will teach you how to play your moves much faster. Since you're used to longer time controls try something like 5|0 or 5|1 to start then gradually reduce the time till you find yourself playing 1|0 or 30 seconds|1 or even 30 seconds|0.
