app bug: sounds not being set to normal

i changed the sounds and i cant replace it with my options as "custom". can anyone help?

Try clearing the app cach. If that doesn't help, clear the app data (which will require redoing settings). Finally, uninstalling/reinstalling might help.

The option of normal sounds just doesn;t exist

but I think that clearing app data or logging back in will do something, let me try

i have even tried on a new phone (i also tried clearing cache and reinstalling the app) but it doesn't set back to normal when i log into my account.
