Apparently the Sicilian works!

Hello all,

  I am not one who studies opening as much as I should. I almost never play any kind of Sicilian Defense. However, I used it against Chronoknight (National Master) in a bullet game and was pleased with the result. There may be something to this dragon after all.

Is this the opening you play all the time?

I almost never play any variation of the Sicilian. I'm a French, Caro-Kann, Center Counter kind of guy.

I think I was just getting beat by him so I decided to try something new. This game happened about a month before our conversation.

That's cool ....as you know I'm new to chess(or better stated...new to serious chess) , and I am constantly looking for ways to improve and learn...I like using the dragon playing black , and I'm going to start implementing the opening for white that I learned from rednblack
