@Kygo_Garrix_Script I played against gibbs on last Sunday. It was just a fun match between us.

We played before I started that round. And we didn't played the tournament game coz the rd 7 had not started till then.

Gibbs is my friend and we keep playing when he is free. Due to his work he stays away from me. So we don't get time to play in offline tournaments. Secondly I have my studies too!

So we just play some fun games sometimes when we are free!

And we played that game on sunday 7.30pm ist. Round was started at 12.30 am Monday ist!

So how can you say he defeated me!? Then like that I can also claim victory based on the match we played just before the tournament started?!

I called him and he is busy in his work just he was when he wasn't able to play!

Secondly about tiebreaks: my b1 and his opponent aren't able to find a time to play so it would be draw. So your team will be finishing at top of the points table coz you have 0.5 game point more than our team!

So I don't know why you are crying for no reason?!

Secondly a win or lost doesn't affect our team we will be second in the points table. That's it!

@GoPikachu mate you replied now so late! @Wilhajamel must be sleeping. It must be 3 am now! So I am not sure he will be able to turn up in the morning coz he wasn't aware that you were gonna be there for playing the game!

Hope he turns up at that time or else you need to reschedule your game by negotiating again!

Now If my b1 wins then we would probably finish at top of points table coz we will be with equal game points and probably our team's tiebreaks would be more!

But I don't know the tiebreaks calculations! It's all computerized! But I think tie breaks can change coz their's an upset which happened just now! The Chess Maestros defeated Quantum Vanguards 3-1 to get their first victory of the tournament! So probably tiebreaks may change! I don't have any idea about tiebreaks calculations!

Read the above negotiations. Till yesterday we all were thinking of a draw coz @Gopikachu told that he is not available on weekends. But yesterday night he messaged that he is available! So what can I do in that!?

Also officially the round gets over at Sunday night Indian time. They played in the morning!

We too fought hard. I too negotiated with gibbs but he was busy that's why he said me to take victory. Just like it happened to your game!

We got same win by default as your team. We both team scored equal points ie 18!

Now I can't calculate the tie breaks manually it's all computerized.

I realise your heartbreak of missing out on tiebreaks. No player can better feel it than me!

Do you know when I was in 8th grade I played at district level tournament for my school. About 600-700 players from different schools participated. It was under 14 or 16 age group. TOP 5 PLAYERS WERE GOING TO ADVANCE TO ZONAL LEVEL. ALSO STUDENTS QUALIFYING IN TOP 5 WILL BE GETTING 10 MARKS EXTRA IN 10TH 12TH GRADE BOARD EXAM UNDER SPORTS QUOATA.

Do you know I won 6/7 rounds. The 2nd ranked to 7th ranked players were with 6/7 points. Do you know I was 6th ranked. I didn't qualified due to my low tiebreaks compared to top 5! Tell me what did I did wrong?! I had lost to a 1300 rated player at that time. I used to be scared of rated players as that time. I missed a knight folk and I had lost in 4th round against that rated player. That player was ranked 2nd in the tournament.

Tell me what did I did wrong? I won 6 rounds like other 6 players! But tiebreaks gave me a heartbreak! 😭😭🥺😢 I cried for hrs after coming home! I missed the qualification and my free marks in my SSC AND HSC BOARD EXAM by just 1 spot! After doing everything right.

In that same year after couple of months I played in city level tournament. There I won 4 round out of 5 and lost 1. I was defeated by a 1400. That time I missed a pawn push which could have trapped his knight. And secondly I used to feel time pressure at that time. That player won 1st place I reckon! I was placed 4th! 2nd and 3rd ranked player was with 4 points like me! I didn't got any award! Imagine my heartbreak in period of 2 months in such a big tournaments! Just due to tiebreaks! The guy who was ranked 3rd I had always won against them!

So I am a best person who could understand your pain! I know it feels disappointing! We question ourselves what wrong did we did?! Many negative thoughts come in mind!
