Idk, hydra is in charge, but I'm hoping to have a lot of benefits provided by tribes to further incentivise joining. Cus I don't see any fun in saying "you can't play if you haven't joined a tribe" I'd like to see some ppl choosing to go solo despite the inherent disadvantage and receiving some hard-earned benefits for daring to do it.
