I've had this problem too.
The arrow keys will move through the analysis of the game, but the pieces on board will not move.

Hmm... either I'm not understanding this one, or am not having any luck reproducing it... Does it happen all the time, or just sometimes? Thanks.
Well that's annoying. It is functioning as designed now. 
Heisenbugs are seriously annoying.
OK, so the bug where you moved the arrow keys when commenting in the PGN works now.
New problem, now the arrow keys do not move the pieces in the move history of the game.
