Article Scroll Bar Not Working

When reading articles in Beta, the article scroll bar cannot be "grabbed" with a mouse.

Can you give me an example article? It seems to be okay for me when I am in beta. 

Hmmmmm. The feature is working today. Tried three articles.

I am still running into this bug. Sometimes the article or news scroll bar can be grabbed with a mouse, and sometimes the mouse will not work, and the object I'm reading has to be moved manually.
