can I play rapid against you?
ask a 1400 anything

Can you tell me what to learn to reach 1500
To reach 1500, you have to know your tactics and when to take pieces. Tactics are very important since they are one of the most common ways to win games and a big part of chess is tactics. Knowing when to take pieces is also very important, as in the 1500s people are going to start being more aggressive, and start to sacrifice pieces more often than usual. Also, you need to have some openings to play and be sure to know at least some theory as in the 1500s people started to know the theory of some common openings. For the middle game, try and make a plan. It can be very simple, from improving a piece to creating a deadly attack on the king. Just like this position in the Sveshnikov Sicilian, the knight on a3 isn't in its ideal square, so white creates a plan to put it on d5, the weak square in this opening.
A plan in an actual middlegame is here in this position, whites knight on c2 is blockaded by its pieces and has no clear role in the game, but white has a plan to activate this knight that seems to be out of this game.

What opening 🪟 should i follow to reach up to 1000 rapid?
Its just based on preference, but I can recommend some openings.
For me, the Caro-Kann helped me a lot to get to 1000 elo, and I still play it sometimes and it has done me well. It is a building block-based opening (such as the French defense) and it is pretty easy to learn at least some theory on youtube and studying master games. Against d4, play the Kings Indian Defense. It is super easy to learn and it helps you put your king to safety and preparing to strike the center later than usual.
As White now, playing normal King's pawn opening is what I recommend since it is what most people are familiar with because obscure openings like the Nimzo-Larsen attack aren't too good at that level. If you don't want to play openings like that, I would recommend the London or the Kings Indian attack as they are system openings and you can learn the plans for each opening.
But if I'm really honest, openings won't get you to 1000 immediately. There are many aspects of chess that you have to learn to reach a certain elo level. I would recommend looking at some simple endgames that are common on your level and will help you out in the long run. I would also recommend learning a chess concept at least once a month, such as pawn structures, what is a weak piece and what is a powerful piece, etc..
ask anything chess related to me and I will try to answer to the best of my knowledge haha
