Look at what's making you lose your games and work hard to improve that area. This always means training tactics properly, as everyone can improve their tactics, and practicing your endings with the strongest engine you can find.

I personally learned the reason why i played my openings and common middlegames plan, i limited my games so after I lose 2 games in a chess session, i stopped playing and took a 1-day break (this is to make sure everytime i play it is at my best)
