Capture knight (only peice that can move other than king) then promote pawn to knight? idk what to do after that....

This position is impossible, but even after promoting the pawn, there is no way for white to win without opening blacks position.

Sorry there is a way for white to win, if black stinks.

Nothing to do with stinking. You just aren't good enough to see that Black has 1 move in every position so Black is forced to play queen moves.
