I would like to see "Reason for ban" here:
The reasons for banning a person at club level are multitudinous and varied. I think this would make a simple matter complicated.
I am simply asking for display of whatever is entered into the optional field "Ban Reason". I think more convieniet to see on one page versus navigationg around in the audit log?
u can sort ur aduit log by clicking ban instead of scrolling though everything
I know but I find it more convient to see on the list of banned members where you have the ability to un-ban. Say, to miminize risk of unbanning the wrong person.

The member list pages contain content common to all members. My guess is the ban reason is only written to the Audit Log and isn't part of the record that the member list pulls from.
If that's the case, my guess is it would be unlikely to be added there.
Though, I agree it would be useful to see that when scrolling through the ban list.
I agree. I never understood what exactly happened to the "ban reason." I do believe it would be so much more convenient for it to appear on the banned members list, but as @Martin_Stahl said, it's unlikely to be implemented.
At least they're thinking about giving admins access to the audit log, but it's still very inconvenient to have to look in two places
