So if you don't already know, I love my club. My largest goal was to reach 1,000 members. The problem is, we seem to lose someone for every new member we get. So I want YOUR input! What do YOU want to see from the club?

It's an international agreement that European nations are signed on to that basically says they won't commit war crimes against each other during war. A nation that violates the Geneva Convention, by using chemical weapons or showing excessive cruelty to prisoners, for example, is subject to being sanctioned by the other signatories.

I don't know when it was drafted or agreed to or anything like that. I just know it lays out the boundaries for what lawful engagement is in war. Of course, in a serious war it would have to be thrown aside, because who is going to obey the rules in a total war?
