The correct link for the news article in v3 (it's a new url, we have a few more cases of this) is Access and Give Feedback on V3 .
The urls not translating correctly between both versions is something we're also already working to fix, and should be ready very soon.
We have now installed the code needed so that anyone in this group should have access. If you are part of this group and still can't access v3 using the link in the footer, please leave a comment here so we can troubleshoot.
