I just took all chesskid lessons, and increased from 800-1400 rating, without ever stopping, over the course of 3 days after all the lessons was finished

This is pretty much a shortened version of my own PSA for Beginners. Somehow it's even more brutally honest than mine, but you are right. The reason people lose games is they keep losing all their pieces to unforced errors. They should be calculating in longer games and always following a good process which checks for opponent's responses to their own moves. Instead, they watch their 15th opening video and don't know what to do when their opponent doesn't fall into their trap.
