I don’t know much about 3-check, but what you can do is to ask other people who are really good at 3-check and ask them for advice. Learning from others is a great way to improve. You could maybe try watching some YouTube videos on how to improve.

3 check is a tricky variant, and some practice is required to do well.
My advice is -
Set up heavy blanket defences around your king. Your opponent shouldn't be able to check you at all.
Queen sacrifice may be vital. In this game, you have to check the king three times to win. So what you try to do is first check with a bishop and sacrifice it. Next use the queen to give a check. If your check is blocked, simply capture the blocking piece to check the king. In the next move your opponent may have captured your queen, but it hardly matters because you would win.
