The link for this ARENA isn't working. The event is being played on Sunday. We need CHESS.COM to fix the link before Sunday. The bug will prevent us from playing the ARENA.

I trust in the effectiveness of the technical support.

Contact support, this is the wrong club to seek technical support.

In my opinion, it's a BUG caused by the changes made this week in the website update; therefore, it's a programming error, so it would be a topic for discussion in this Club.

I repeatedly see 'Topics' referring to BUGS caused by changes to chess.com in its BETA development. Like this one.

Also, I've already reported the issue without receiving a response to my email stating that work is being done to remedy the problem.

Thanks for your contribution, @rohithbala.

What club is that for?

The ARENA was a MULTICLUB ARENA organized by "Los amigos de CHANQUETE."

I think more than 60 clubs were going to compete (I don't have access to the information right now).

The new nav change has nothing to with it. If it did, it would work out of Beta.

Are you sure any clubs have accepted the Arena?

Thanks @Martin_Stahl for the additional information. Your kindness is a pleasure.

In my experience, whenever problems with the ARENAs have occurred, they have coincided with changes in the interface.

But I'm not a programmer, so I can't speak to that; I can only speak from my experience as a user.

However, I hope that the LINK can be fixed, since with so many teams involved in the MULTICLUBS ARENA, launching it again is absolutely impossible.

I hope this can be resolved in time and the ARENA can be played.

What exactly happens when you try to get to it?

Avatar of Pomb113

The message is as follows: "Tournament not finished yet."

It was the message that appeared during the time when many ARENAS had broken LINKs, and it has been repeated occasionally when programming changes have been made. I don't know the reason.

I thought it was something with my computer, but I've confirmed that it's also happened to several other players, so it's not an isolated problem for me.

The link for the ARENA:
https://www.chess.com/play/arena/4451875

You can check the error message yourself by clicking on the link.

I reiterate that since this is a MULTI-CLUBS ARENA, it cannot be relaunched, and the solution must necessarily be to maintain the links and the teams that have accepted the invitation.

I've tried entering other ARENAs, and I've had no problems.

In all the invited Clubs that accepted the invitation, it appears under 'Upcoming Events,' so it hasn't been canceled.

The problem, which I don't know what it might be, is coming from chess.com.

It's Friday. I would appreciate a quick solution to the BUG, incident, or whatever you want to call it.

Staff looked into it. It appears that at least one club that's part of the Arena is disabled and thats causing the problem. The code causing that problem won't be fixed until after the event is scheduled so the MCA should be created again.
