I was facing the same problem today and wanted to report the bug. I loaded the game as a pgn and the Report and Key Moments are not there. When I understand you correct, then you have the same problem.
Have you already reported the bug? I was just about to fill out the Bug report form. If you already did it, then I will not report the same bug again.

Thank you very much. It is not there when loading a game as pgn. So is this indeed a bug? Someone should try it again. I can not, because non premiums can only do one analysis per day.
We could just report this as a bug. I already have the Bug Report Form filled up and I have a good screenshot of it. Is it okay for OP, if I do the report? ZanyBigClub made the forum contribution, so I will wait for his reply. We should not report the same bug twice.
It does look like it is opposite of what it should be. If Self Analysis is checked, it seems like the Game Review button should be gone and if it is unchecked it should be available.
However, if you're importing a PGN, you actually have to run a Review to see Accuracy; it doesn't just show it on its own. And apparently, once it runs the analysis, you don't get the button back.

I want to make one more suggestion to OP: You should change the title of the forum contribution. This problem has nothing to do with the self analysis. The self analysis is the one, that does not show book moves etc. A more fitting title could be “Bug[] Report is not available in the Analysis, when the game was loaded with a PGN”. It would help other users to understand, what the topic is.
Game Review is available in the Analysis when importing a PGN. I did it multiple times to test things and every time the button was there. It just disappears when unchecking Self Analysis
Today I tried it again, as I had an analysis available. When loading a pgn there still is no button. The problem possibly appears for other non premium users. In the bug report I mentioned, that I am not a premium member. It is interesting, that Martin has the button under certain circumstances. But we sure can agree, that this is not the intended behavior.
When I try to remove self-analysis mode, it only shows best moves, blunder, and other classifications.
It does not show accuracy.
I managed to get a screenshot-
As you saw where I marked, I removed self-analysis mode but the accuracy and review is not coming. I've been getting so many bugs since the review is back, the report removed my brilliant moves but review gave it back though I cannot use it except for games, I cannot analyse random games which are imported from other sites.
Is this a known bug or is it knew as it seems very weird.
