Bug ✓: Board display obscures Best Move Diff graph

Had another occurrence of board overlapping the bottom display. In this case the remembered configuration had the Themes display active, so it was obscured.
It seems the board display logic sometimes does not appreciate that the current state has the bottom panel active even though the bottom panel as already been painted.
It happens rarely and is not easily reproducible.
This has occurred in 2 different analysis reports but unfortunately I can't seem to reproduce this. Below is a screen shot showing the issue. I'll try to get a better handle on the specific circumstances so that the bug can be reproduced.
