This happened to me just earlier. I could not move my rook or queen in two different games.

I was playing in the game @battleMind24, it was my turn and I could not move, I literally had 1 full minute on my clock, was winning with my teammate and the game would not let me move a piece. I wasn't in check obviously and intended to move my Queen to j12 [to threaten the yellow Rook and capture a Pawn.] So once more this happen during the actual game and cost my team unfairly the game.

I think you were just so distracted by the background that you forgot to move.

I just had the same experience. Not in check but not able to move, in my case the queen. I lost while i was actually winning. Very frustrating!
It was my turn, I wasn't in check and I couldn't move, my clock ran down from a full minute to a lose despite the fact that my team was winning!!!!!!!!
