I get that same glitch but instead of zombie it shows clicking dots on the board.
It's annoying but it does not really do anything

This happens when you are playing a game with bots, and you exit the game. It doesn't happen that often and won't do anything.
Bots in Takeover, Antichess and WoFs can cause bots to appear, and sometimes this happens in DeadWall as well.
In fact, this also applies to arrows as well.
