Nicely diagnosed, thanks.
I guess for the less enlightened, like myself, it would be nice if the analysis announced the draw by repetition situation as part of the evaluation.

To be clear to the (very helpful!) chess.com staff, jas0501 has made a suggestion related to this bug report that should be addressed separately from the original "bug".

At the end of the game in time trouble 68. Qe3+ is a missed win and the best move for White, 69. Kf1 evaluated to 0.00 while the move 69. Kd1 evaluated to -M4. The evaluation for 69. Kf1 should be -M3 69...Qd2 70.Kg1 Kg3 71.Kf1 Qd1#
This may be some weird time = 0.00 situation but White's move choice evaluations should be similar either
0.00 in both cases or -M3 and -M4.
