https://www.chess.com/variants/custom/game/62712812 In this game, I added a zombie with one piece, and when it forfeits on bare-piece rule, I can't move, resign or time out. Please fixx.

Will Fog of War ever be fixed?

It was working perfectly for ages.

Then the 'fog' type changed from just black/grey squares to the Fogged ones we have now and that is about when the problems started.

Even now, when an opponent takes a piece, the square 'flashes' and there is a few milliseconds where you can see what piece they took your piece with. Or they move a piece in front of say one of your pawns, and in a split-second you can see which piece it was.

Or, when there are 2 opposing pawns that could take your piece, you can see the animation of the pawn moving to take it, so you know that say the C file pawn took your piece, and not the A-file pawn...

All of this should not be known to the opponent, that defeats the object of the game

In the game above, the bug happened at move 16... Kxh6, when the Black King took the White Dabbaba. The strange thing is, after the Dabbaba was taken, it (somehow) transformed into the Soldier in the bank.

After some (non-serious) investigation, I found out that the only piece that bugged out is the White Dabbaba that started on h1. Others worked normally.

(I don't know if this is a bug or not, maybe it's just caused by my stupidity in Position editing.)

delete the block i highlighted in red this will fix your problems.

(what is happening is the game somehow decided that the dababa was a promoted piece and so it reverts when captured)

I posted this elimination chess bug this in the variants forum.

TL;DR: the game doesn't end despite the fact that you've eliminated all but one of your opponent's pieces (which is one of the valid conditions to win the game).

No. Blue checkmated Yellow first, so he got 48 points in this play-for-mate. Then you stalemated yourself second, so you only got 32 points. Therefore, Blue won.

(You need to turn off the zombies and go to analysis in order to see the points. It isn't particularly easy.)

if you un pessant on petrified it creates a petrified pawn space that isnt actually there.

as shown in the link there is a "checkmate position" but it isnt checkmate due to the pawn space.

I saw a new bug yesterday. Have never seen that, despite of thousands of games played.

I WFT a ZOMBIE wins. (He basically had enough points before the guy timed out; but definitely the game couldn't stop just because a zombie king went to the center... It should've continued, a dead player can't stop the game by stepping in the hill).

I don't think that is a bug. Random zombies are meant to do 'random' moves. This includes moves that can checkmate other players. I have seen many instances when rando zombies checkmate other players before.

It's not a bug, it's been an intended feature since the beginning of WFT... if a zombie can indiscriminately capture pieces, support a checkmate, have point value, etc., then who is to say it can't end the game via KOTH? (+ @BFDICHESS' argument as well)

FFA bug -> When people lose for time the schedule stay blocked on 0.01... And the game it's over like that.

Variants is not terminating if the other player has not played even 1 move for the past 4 minutes. https://www.chess.com/variants/crazyhouse/game/63949495. This happened in previous games too. Additionally, the clock never reaches 0. It stops at 0.1 seconds

I've also seen that, plenty of times in FFA.

The difference here being that a zombie WON doing that. And that's not normal.
