Bug Reports for v 0.026

Issue 1: (Minor UI thing -- not really a bug) After typing in my username and password, the keyboard stayed on top of the app's main page. I couldn't seem to tap away from it. I clicked on "Play Chess Online" and "Play Computer" and it just wouldn't go away. It was then that I noticed the "done" key in the bottom right of the keyboard. Okay, so I'm a little slow to catch on to things once in a while... I'm a snail after all!!  Could the keyboard retract automatically after you enter the username and password? Not a big deal.

Issue 2: Now that I can finally see my active games, I would like a better visual cue as to which games are on my move and which are on my opponent's move. Better than simply seeing the "2 days" or whatever on the right side of my opponents name in the game list.

Issue 3: I was looking at a game and then decided to make a move. I tapped the screen to try and move a piece but no piece could be selected. I checked and double checked to make sure I wasn't in check (does that check? I'll proof read this to check...). I exited the app and came back in and still I could not move a piece. I tried multiple games and could not move. As it stands now, I can not move in any game. I'm getting closer! At least I can see my active games!! 

Issue 4: I also have the same issue with the "Error invalid game ID" when I'm at my last game that is currently on my move and then hit the double right arrow.

3) I am also getting the yellow screen a lot more than I have in previous versions.  Have seen it in Online Chess and vs. Computer; not yet in Tactics Trainer.

4) Sluggish responsiveness when moving to next game in Online Chess.  For instance, I have five at the top of my queue in which I'm thinking, not planning to move... was trying to get to the ones later in my queue (having to go through the top ones), and I was unable to get down to the bottom of the list -- either the yellow screen popped up, or the app just became unresponsive to any button I pushed.  Wonder if the two are related.

5) If I'm going through my games list as described in #4, and an opponent makes a move in a game, it resets the "next game".  Maybe intentional.

6) Chat overlap problem:

'nother strange UI thing. The indicator at the top of which color I and my opponent are is not always black and white, but rather sometimes white's circle is very dark gray:

I have the black pieces. Check out that my opponent's color circle next to his name is super dark grey though.

Gastro, I think the reason for that is that the colored dots at the top of the screen indicate whose move it is. I look at that and see it is black's move, when it is white's move the grey dot turns into a white dot. I think it is designed that way.

Push notifications do not seem to be working properly

Video Function:  Fixed -------- I was getting an error message on certain videos saying the format is not supported, however I cannot find a video that will not play now.

Yeah, Erik set me straight on the colored dots thing. To me it's a bit confusing, but maybe I'm weird. 

When viewing an online game it doesn't show you any of captured pieces under the board. I'm sure it used to in older version..

If playing online chess you have only one game waiting for your move, you are seeing the board and dont want to move by the moment them you push the skip arrow (the first at the left down the board) you get an error msg. I sugest to change that error msg for something like "There are no other waiting games"

7) I resigned a game today in Online Chess.  Then I went to the Chat to congratulate my opponent, and I got, "Error: Please refresh game.".

8) Then I went back to the Games List, and my game did not appear in either the current OR completed games.  I had to go to another area (Computer I think I hit) and come back.

... and then it yellow-screened anyway.  People have talked about this already on this thread, but I just have to point out, the yellow-screening is WAY worse in this version than the white-screening ever was in previous ones.  I was using v0025 pretty much as a normal user would, but this version is too unstable to use consistently -- it's a big step backwards.  Hope you guys can track down whatever is causing it.

As with other users, I occasionally get the yellow around the board, with no buttons, and no response to where I tap.  Invariably, if I get it on one of the functions (Tactics Trainer, Online Chess or Computer), it will be on the others as well.  The only way to get back to normal is to close the app, then boot it back up again.
