Bug : Variant Awards

So i wanted to get the varitant achivments and i started with 3 check and when i played my first game i didn't get the achievement so i played more games and waited but nothing happend then i asked Chessica about it and she said that you have to play through the play online server not the variants server so i did that but it took me to the variant server only so what do i do and while talking about this Chessica told me that some achievements have been taken down by chess.com because they were not automatically unlocking so chess.com took them down to fix them and before it told me about the play online server part i asked it to unlock them manually but it kept circling back to the fact the achivemnts have been taken down and we cant unlock them and are these taken down achivments even going to come back i have doubts about it

Hmm, I have all variant achievements

Other than 960 and Bughouse the variants achievements have been removed. They might come back at some point but the achievement code would need to be added to the variants server. My understanding is the achievement system will likely get an overhaul in the future so no added work is being done with it because of that.

The Support feature hasn't been updated with the variants removals

They probably won't be back for a while. My understanding is there's going to be a project that's very likely going to impact achievements as well and no significant work will be done on achievements until that work is being done.

oh and also @Martin_Stahl or anyone knows about anymore achivments that have been taken down or are not working so i plan my goals accordingly
