However, mods aren't going to be able to help. Staff should be able to cancel the membership if they are provided other information from the payment, which would not require a receipt, which they would have explained.

@benboysgmteo is my brothers account. i mod told me that i need the paymet reciept for the account, but it is a deleted email. is there any way that i can recover his account to cancel the membership? ( i cant acsesss the sccount, he lost his passowrds.)
