Bug with Jump Spell and Dabbaba-Riders

I want to make the move shown by the white arrow with the dabbaba rider. However, this doesn't seem to work. It works with rooks being able to jump over walls, but for some reason, it doesn't work the same with dabbabas. It should work as the jump spell is used in the picture on the blocking wall for the dabbaba to move in front of the royal wazir.

It's not just Dabbaba-Riders. This happens with XiangQi horses, grasshoppers, and knight/camel riders, too.

Another bug with jump spells: If you set differential cool down times in the start FEN4 (underlined in bold, jump #x$, jump #x$, where $ stands for the spell quantity and # stands for the initial move cooldown, where the first "jump" is for white and the second for black) for white and black, with this PGN4, when White resigns, black wins, but when Black resigns or gets checkmated, it is for some reason a draw. However, if they are not differential, Black gets a first ply spell usage advantage; I am not sure if this is also intended or not in order to balance out the first move advantage for White, instead of White with the first move advantage. When I try to make White have the first ply spell usage advantage along with the first move advantage, it means winning is impossible for White. Only for black.
