My Witch on g6 allows my Queen to jump over / go right through the pawn on f7. That's why you're in check.

Hold on can i takeback? Because if I play d3, you could take my queen right? If not, I’ll play d3.

If you play e3, then I can't take your Queen with Bxf2, because your e-pawn would be in the way. The jumping over pieces is only possible, when my own Witch would be standing next to these pieces. My Witch is not standing near e3.
